I have been taking this supplement for about two weeks with my husband. I purchased this supplement to use whenever I opt not to consume the actual cloves. My blood pressure was slightly elevated, but since incorporating these into my diet, it has stabilised and remains within normal limits. NOW products consistently meet my needs; I also use their Blood Pressure Control capsules, which work wonderfully for my blood pressure too.
